Reverse engineering is a process of extracting physical and mechanical properties of a product.

Suzhou Metal Services can provide some reverse processes include metal material alloy determination and heat treatment judgment.

Chemical composition: analyze which kind of material and grade, like carbon steel, 20 steel, 45 steel, alloy steel, 42CrMo, 40Cr, stainless steel 304, 316, 316L and so on.

Physical properties: analyze which kind of manufacturing process, like casting, forging, normalizing, quenching and tempering, carburizing, nitriding, induction hardening and so on.

Surfacing coating: plating, anodized, zinc or nickel coating, phosphate and their thickness and so on.
